PAYMENT TERMS
Fees and payment terms are outlined in our agreements or proposals with the client. Payment is due within the agreed timeframe specified in our invoices or service agreements. Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as outlined in the invoice or agreement.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials created by Stacey Scott Mortgage Planner, including but not limited to website content, educational resources, calculators, graphics, and strategy documents, remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for the purposes specified in our agreement. The client warrants that any content provided to us does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information disclosed during the business relationship. Confidential information includes financial information, mortgage strategies, personal data, and other proprietary information not publicly known.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Stacey Scott Mortgage Planner will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or information provided on this website. In no event will our aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute. Tools provided on the website, including mortgage calculators, are intended for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial or legal advice.
INDEMNIFICATION
